It took ten years of marriage, four kids, and a lot of stress and dysfunction for us to realize that… get this… we’re super different.

And get what else… our differences and professional backgrounds make us work really really well together.

This lets us serve people in ways that, individually, neither of us could.

Maybe this existential realization of our oppositeness as an asset is a no-brainer to the people who know us best. But it was epic for us when we decided to take our collective experience, personality differences and shared passion for helping others move their organizations forward... and turn it into something real.
